Ukraine Recovery Conference

The URC2025 will take place in Rome on 10 and 11 July 2025. It will be the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference, continuing the annual series of high-level political events dedicated to the swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine.

Governments, international organisations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities and civil society will come together, united by a shared commitment to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine for as long as needed. The participants will represent the various stakeholder groups, demonstrating their strong engagement for Ukraine’s future.

The conference will reflect the Lugano principles, including a “whole of society” approach to recovery through the meaningful participation of a broad range of stakeholders.

The URC2025 will focus on the following four thematic dimensions:

• Business Dimension;
• Human Dimension;
• Local and Regional Dimension;
• EU Dimension.
